Prepare for Your Appointment


Your appointment start time already includes a brief health intake plus your full session.  With no reception area there is no need to arrive early.

Before Your Massage

~  Eat only modestly if at all

~  Please no alchohol or recreational drugs in your system (it is a contraindication).

~  If injured or ill, contact me in advance of your session.

~  If pregnant, advise before booking.

~  Avoid perfumes, smoking, and make-up whenever possible.

During Your Massage

~ Your comfort is important, let me know about temperature, draping, music, and pressure....we'll adjust.

~ Ask any questions, give any feedback.

~ Enjoy organic unscented lotions.

~ Linens are washed without scented detergents.

~ Sink into a warmed table (optional).

~ Your quiet time will be respected.

After Your Massage

~ Drink good clear water to rinse loosened toxins from your body.

~ Be open to changes in your physical and emotional health.

~ Thank yourself.
